Our step-by-step repair process
We mark exactly where it goes before drilling.
Drywall, lath, brick, concrete, or tile — each gets a different anchor.
Right bit for the material. No spalling on tile.
Torqued snug, not over-tight — the holding is in the anchor.
Spirit level on every shelf and row of hardware.
Answers about our general mounting service
Yes. We use a diamond-tip bit on slow speed with water, which prevents spalling.
You or an adult over 18 just to start and answer where things go. After that you can step away.
We measure twice and confirm with you before drilling. If something later needs to move, we patch the old hole for a small fee.
For drywall patches we prime; paint touch-up is extra if you have the matching paint.
